Returns & Warranty Policy

Every SKU sold on Quick-mobile carries a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing and functional defects. This policy sets out how to file a claim.

RMA process

  1. Log into your dashboard and open Returns.
  2. Provide the order number, SKU, quantity affected and reason.
  3. Our engineers review within 2 business days and issue an RMA number.
  4. Ship the affected units to the assigned warehouse using the prepaid label (EU / US) or freight collect (APAC).
  5. Upon receipt, credit or replacement is issued within 5 business days.

Exclusions

Warranty does not cover physical damage caused during installation, exposure to moisture beyond IP rating, or use of incompatible components.
